Is Konga like Zumba?

No. Zumba is a latin based workout, where you do dances like salsa, merengue, cumbia, bachata and samba. Konga is a mix of all movements. Its has styles like Hip Hop, Funk, Latino, Kickboxing, Bollywood, Pilates for toning and 80s. Examples of music include Michael Jackson, ABBA, Black Eyed Peas, Pitbull, Akon and Madonna. With Konga you get a taste of all styles of movement with the focus being on toning and burning calories; rather than a latin party. It is also structured and taught very different to Zumba.

I'm not a good dancer, can I do Konga?

Absolutely. Konga uses a formula which ensures every class is simplistic, easy to follow, uncomplicated and allows every participant to work to their own intensity. Gone are the days of classes you can't keep up with, or you are left shuffling around!  It also means Jungle Body classes can be adapted to the elderly, teenagers, children, the disabled and bodybuilders.

Will I know the music?

Yes, Konga ONLY plays real music.
